Bull Session - Sunday Comic

As usual, it came to my attention on Saturday that the Sunday Funny was due out in a few hours. I, however, instead of working on the Toon of the Week, engaged myself in a cartoon animation.

Saturday morning zipped passed, leaving me zero time to draw the toon. Sunday morning, I rushed to get Dr. Julia in place, but my time was even more limited than the previous day.

Although I was very unhappy with the comic, I put it up anyway so as not to disappoint my three followers.

Well, if you saw that cartoon on Sunday, that would be the only time! Because Monday morning I redrew the comic and replaced the dreaded "rush" job. Now I can sleep.

A Little B.S. for You
I have often used the term B.S.. On various occasions I have been questioned as to its meaning by my children.

"It's plural for bologna," I explained. "It means bolognas." And thus, I escape.

Now, in this cartoon we have the word bull and some funny symbols. Of course, my children questioned these symbols... and their meaning.

Unfortunately, I also use the word crap.... a lot.


I told my children that the symbols represent a bad word. Then I said, "You know. Bull...?"

They then added, "Crap?"

"Yep," I replied semi relieved. My vocabulary leaves a lot to be desired.

So, that's the tale behind the toon.

And now, once again, I think I've got a pretty good title for this Sunday's comic... "Bull Session". Am I tough competition or what?
