How do you make chicken cacciatore?" I was asked the other day.

My response was rather simple.

In the 1700's, chickens were mad. Really mad.

Fed up with King George and his supporters, chickens formed a secret band to get their point across and occasionally, they would catch a Tory or two in the process.

Don't worry, chickens are docile for the most part, and usually let them go before long.
