Lending my sister money

My sister is notorious for not paying money back to people who lend her some. She's even worse because she actually seems to be justified in her lack of concern for other peoples' money! I let her borrow 20 dollars a few years ago, and I never saw that money again. She told me to get it from my mom, but of course my sister owed me the money, not my mom!

Basically, I still lend her the money, but I NEVER accept nonpayment. She pays me, or I take it from her!
