Ode to my husband

Poetry should remain in the mouth's of the poetic...
Dear Dr. Julia,
His name is Andre.
We have been married for 12 years in Dec, 2010.
He is a wonderful father and husband!
Jamie (our older son) loves bike rides with dad, while our younger son Callum thinks that camping with dad is the best thing ever!
He is an excellent preacher and Bible teacher, can do wonders with wood and our kids think he can fix anything.
He can give washing machines and cars a new lease of life!
He is a grouch before 2 cups of coffee and 10am, and cannot understand that laundry goes IN the basket, not next to it.
He thinks that t-shirts and socks miraculously pack themselves away. He never, ever wears the clothes that he leaves out from the previous day, so why can he not just pack them away???
Having said all that, he is Dishwasher Superman and cleans the kitchen every morning, so I can work on my website!
I love him, he is my best friend, my confidante, gives the best hugs , and while he drives me crazy sometimes, I love him forever!
You sure can talk, can't you? Unfortunately, your words mean nothing. Words of love fall on deaf ears when they are not accompanied by romance and prose!
Never fear, Tracey! I have taken your letter and spruced it up to be a fitting moonlight banter.
I am right now wiping tears of silent laughter from my eyes (hubby shares a study with me) and hoping I can keep the giggles suppressed for long enough to give him the poem as his birthday present :-)
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
You are brilliant! mmm, methinks someone needs to write a poem for you :-)
